Mass Shootings in “Gun-Free” Chicago Last Weekend, Crickets from Lame Stream Media

Screen Shot 2013-04-18 at 9.40.03 AMA bloody weekend in Chicago left at least 22 people shot and four dead in incidents from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening.

On Sunday afternoon, five people were shot, including a 17-year-old boy, who was wounded in the 1500 block of South Millard Avenue. He was taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital. Three people were critically wounded in a shooting in Grand Crossing, and another in the Oakland neighborhood.

At least six people were shot between Saturday and Sunday morning.

A 28-year-old man, identified as Larry Randle, of the 1200 block of West 97th Street, was killed near his home about 1 p.m. Saturday, Chicago Police said.
