Dr. Kermit Gosnell was found guilty on three counts of first-degree murder, and Fox News producer Kristin Brown was inside the courtroom when the jury delivered the verdict. She described Gosnell as “completely taken aback” and “shocked” when he was found guilty of the first-degree murder charges.
Gosnell was acquitted on a fourth count of first-degree murder and found guilty of manslaughter.
