Abortion and The Left: When Perversity Is Virtue

bizarro“What one generation tolerates, the next generation will embrace.”-John Wesley

The Senate passed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 1797), which bans abortions after five months of pregnancy. Slowly and methodically, in an effort to save human life … pro-life proponents are simultaneously exposing the hearts of those who have a particular aversion to innocence making it into this life.

Following the Bill passage Tuesday, Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said it is “particularly morally outrageous” to ban abortions after five months of pregnancy.

“Morally outrageous”? Really? To prevent a man sworn in his Oath, not to play God … from playing Him, is “morally outrageous”?

Interesting … sounds oddly like the totalitarian propagandist who forces people to believe that slavery is freedom, squalor is bounty, ignorance is knowledge … and perversity is virtue.

Nadler continued that Republicans pushing the bill are “morally arrogant people” who have “decided that their moral outlooks are more important” than a woman’s health. OK, Mr. Nadler … what about the ” woman’s health” of the women IN the womb? Don’t they count?

But, tragically, Nadler is not alone…

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.) said, “It’s the same Republican men who say that the reach of government is just too great, who want to reach right inside women’s bodies and decide what they should do, what we should do, the kinds of decisions that should only belong to women and their doctors and perhaps their spouses.”

“And perhaps their spouses”? Last I heard, it actually does take two … one of each sex … to make a human baby. That’s two equal halves … each entitled to a fair say, Ms. Schakowsky. And it’s not “the same Republican men”… those gentlemen also represent women … like me, who find women like YOU to be traitors to our sex. Only a traitor would not defend the most vulnerable of her gender.

Oh, and of course, you had the same OLD rhetoric from the Left …Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said the bill is a sequel to the “Republican war on women.” Yeah, sure … forget about YOUR war on women in the womb…
