WHAT COULD GO WRONG: Sebelius, ‘Possible’ Obamacare Navigators Could Be Convicted Felon’

On Wednesday, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said felons could be Obamacare navigators that help Americans attempt to enroll in Obamacare and obtain sensitive personal information about enrollees.

During a Senate Finance Committee hearing, Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) asked Sebelius, “Isn’t it true there is no federal requirement for Navigators to undergo a criminal background check?”

“That is true, “Sebelius said. “States could add additional background checks and other features but it is not a part of the federal requirement.”
