History’s Best Prez? Fallacy #2: Obama is for Civil Rights

Civil rights are not only for minorities and specific groups of people but for all citizens. The definition of Civil Rights is: “Personal liberties that belong to an individual, owing to his or her status as a citizen or resident of a particular country or community.” If you should happen to be black, an illegal alien, a terrorist, or anyone that agrees with the Marxist way, Obama and his sidekicks will nullify any written law necessary for your advantage. If one is on Barry’s side, civil rights doesn’t come into play because lawlessness is the world in which you live. Under this administration, perhaps we should sweep Civil Rights under the rug and rename it “Rights for the Disobedient” or maybe just call it a “Get Out of Jail Free Card”.

Mr. Blogger’s second reason why Barry is the greatest president in American History:

He is for civil rights. He has consistently spoken on behalf of the disenfranchised, the underdog and the most controversial members of society -despite the fact that it was politically unpopular to do so at the time. His outspoken support of gay marriage is an excellent example. Gay marriage is, and has always been, a legal and civil rights issue -not a moral one as conservatives would have you believe. Obama’s open support of gay marriage speaks to his core values and his inherent belief that there truly should be justice for all.

President Barack Hussein Obama is the destroyer of Civil Rights as we know it and it is easy for this disenfranchised Blogger to state that Gay Marriage is not a moral issue if he does not believe in God and the written word in the Bible. If Mr. Blogger wants to talk about “justice for all” then I am certain he is interested in Barry’s views on partial birth abortions. But then again, he more than likely doesn’t think infanticide is a moral issue “as Conservatives would have you believe”. Just more platitudes from the nimble minded Marxist that doesn’t realize there is more to Civil Rights than gay marriage unless he should happen to be a single issue voter.

If we would take just a little deeper look into Civil Rights violations, we would find much more to look at than the gay marriage issue. The “Bill of Rights” and the Constitution in its entirety, is our Civil Rights. Barry surely hasn’t dishonored the law of the land and corrupted our civil rights has he?

From my understanding, all free citizens have the right to vote without being bullied or threatened. President Obama’s attorney general seemed to think differently when Eric Holder shrugged off the voter intimidation charges against the “New Black Panthers”. Does this mean future incidents of voter intimidation will be allowed? I might be wrong but I believe it is a civil right to vote without being daunted by racists.

If we look toward our southern border states we will find drug smugglers and human trafficking at an all-time high. Don’t those that live in the states on the border have an obligation from state and federal law officials to be protected from criminals crossing the border? This president and his attorney general have tied the hands of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), Homeland Security, Border Security and State and Local law enforcement. It seems to me that the only individuals that have an obscure view of a civil right is the illegal alien that has committed a criminal act.
United States Secretary of State John Kerry under the auspices of Obama made an attempt to stop an execution on Edgar Tamayo Arias. Mr. Arias was in the United States illegally when he shot a Houston, Texas police officer in the back of the head three times. Those in the Obama administration are worried about the impact the Arias’ execution could have on international relations. I believe Johnny-boy Kerry has his priorities completely screwed up. Let’s not lift one finger to save a Christian minister imprisoned in Iran but let’s give an illegal alien that has shot and killed a law enforcement officer a get out of jail free card.

Obama and the TSA are doing a magnificent job in the civil rights area when an Associated Press headline reads, “TSA Airport Security Fondles Pilots And Flight Attendants While Ignoring Muslim Women In Burqas And Hijabs”. How about the NSA? I feel much more secure knowing that Big Brother has the ability to know every word I say and every move I make.

Only Obama would make an attempt to appoint not only a radical but also a racist, Debo Adegbile, to head the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. There were enough Democrats to find this nomination so appalling that Harry Reid’s new found “nuclear option” held no credence. I bet Eric Holder was bumming since both Holder and Adegbile consider “Black Panthers” and terrorists the type they enjoy defending in the court of law. This sounds like a wonderful “Civil Rights” president.

A very long list of objections can be made of the deterioration of civil rights under this president. Thank God he is only in the White House for three more years and not the rest of his life!
