Actor Rob Lowe was among those who waited in front of their televisions on Wednesday for Obama to deliver his speech to close out the summit, But, Lowe was not waiting with the bated breath and fawning eyes that are typical of Hollywood celebrities when it comes to Obama. Instead, he wanted to hear the substance of Obama’s speech and sarcastically revealed what he was waiting for.
