Charlo Greene, a reporter for KTVA news in Anchorage, Alaska, quit her job by saying the f-word on air, claiming she’ll instead focus on legalization of marijuana in Alaska.

“I — the actual owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club — will be dedicating all of my energy for fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalizing marijuana here in Alaska. And as for this job, well, not that I have a choice but… f*ck it, I quit,” she said.

The station’s news director issued an apology to viewers on Facebook and Twitter, writing, “We sincerely apologize for the inappropriate language used by a KTVA reporter during her live presentation on the air tonight. The employee has been terminated.”
