Bill of Rights: Even One Obama Has Not Violated? Pt 2
I have warned you repeatedly about the word “historic.” The current occupant of the Oval Office was heralded as “historic,” as is the outgoing Attorney General, Eric “Race Cowards” Holder. You probably saw the cringe-inducing photos of the alleged Leader of the Free World in China looking like a busboy at a chop suey house, but it turns out he wasn’t there only to provide opportunities for the Chinese media to mock him or to arrange to be out of the country on Veterans’ Day. On Wednesday, November 12, we learned of Barack Obama’s latest “screw you!” to U.S. Constitution, his “historic” deal with China on that all-important issue, “climate change.”
Once again, Barack Obama has forgotten that he is not a dictator. He has no authority to make this deal. Article 2, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution requires that treaties be ratified by a two-thirds majority in the U.S. Senate.
Meanwhile, while Barry is prancing around China in a goofy getup, dealing with silly non-issues that don’t matter to anyone outside the faculty lounge or in left-wing think tanks, and selling out the U.S. economy, Iran’s leader is tweeting that Israel has to be annihilated and Joe Biden is assuring that Jewish Federations General Assembly that Iran will never get a nuclear weapon, which of course means that it’s only a matter of time until they do.

The Third Amendment prohibits the quartering of troops in private homes. The Founders and the American people had enough of His Highness King George thinking he could treat their homes like his own personal chain of Motel 6 establishments. That may not seem applicable today, however, have you seen King Barack the First’s Executive Order 13603? Issued in March, 2012, it gives the federal government the authority to take control of:
“All commodities and products that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals”
* “All forms of energy”
* “All forms of civil transportation”
* “All usable water from all sources”
* “Health resources – drugs, biological products, medical devices, materials, facilities, health supplies, services and equipment”
Of course, this authority would be exercised only in the event of a crisis or “national emergency,” in which case, get ready to leave the light on for whatever jackbooted thugs the feds want you to accommodate.
The Fourth Amendment protects the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures. The Obama Regime was slapped down by the Supreme Court when it argued that the government should be able to search cell phones without a warrant. The Court also wouldn’t go along with Obama administration’s idea that the police should be able to attach a GPS device to your car without a warrant, or even any reason to think that you had committed a crime. Then there’s the Department of Justice secretly obtaining two months’ worth of telephone records of AP reporters and editors.
In Part 3 of this series, we’ll explore the remaining amendments. You won’t be surprised to learn that the Obama Regime has wiped its filthy boots on those as well. Stay tuned for Part 3 of these series.
