AUSCHWITZ AT SEVENTY: Islam’s Bloody Fingerprint

On January 27, 2015, the Liberation of Auschwitz turned seventy. An anniversary filled with exuberance, as well as grief for the losses there. The Nazis were exposed for their savage inhumanity to the Jewish people. But the Nazis had little Middle Eastern helpers that have been cloaking their crimes for seven decades…

For those who have mused the coincidence of Jew-hatred by Nazism and Islam alike…you’re on to something. It’s no secret that the Quran is filled with anti-Jewish verses. There are roughly 700 verses in more than 50 Quranic Suras that have direct and overt negative references to the Jews. If you include the Hadiths and other books of Islam, they consist of 9% of the total Sharia Islamic Law.

The man who aided Adolf, Hajj Amin al Husseini, “Grand Mufti “ of Jerusalem (a title invented by the Brits for political expediency)…was a militant pro-Nazi Muslim leader, part of the influential Husseini family of Jerusalem (relatives of Yasser Arafat).  His disdain for the Jews found favor in Nazi Germany…

— Husseini was given the privilege of reviewing Nazi troops, and proof was displayed on the cover of the Vienna Illustrated (Wiener Illustrierte) magazine.
— Husseini once said concerning Jews in Israel: “…this was and will remain an Arab land. We do not mind you natives of the country, but those alien invaders, the Zionists, will be massacred to the last man. We want no progress, no prosperity. Nothing but the sword will decide the fate of this country.”
— Reports were that he met with Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann in September or October of 1937, when Eichmann visited “Palestine” for a day. Eichmann was investigating the possibility of deporting Jews to Palestine. Reportedly, the Mufti persuaded him against this scheme. However, it is not at all clear that the Mufti was still in Palestine when Eichmann visited. In September or October of 1937, following the murder of the British commissioner for the Galilee, Husseini and the entire “Higher Arab Committee” fled first to Lebanon and then to Iraq, where he engineered a pro-Axis coup.
— When the Iraqi coup failed, Husseini fled to Nazi Germany, along with Fawzi El Kaukji. In Germany, he broadcast for the Nazis. He lobbied extensively to prevent Jews from escaping Germany.
— In 1943, he was sent to Yugoslavia, where he organized the 13th Waffen SS division, known as the Hanjar (Hansar, Handjar, or Handzar, meaning “saber”) division. These Muslims were trained in Germany and officered by Germans.
— Husseini was responsible for the murder of about 90% of Bosnia’s Jews and destroyed numerous Serbian churches and villages. These recruits were favorites of SS chief Heinrich Himmler, who established a special Mullah Military school in Dresden.

He convinced the Nazis not to deport the Jews but rather keep them in Germany. (Perhaps his conscience was pricked concerning the Jewish land of Israel and he didn’t want them to return to their homeland…because he had a “better” idea.) The fingerprints of his savage heart were found all over Auschwitz. According to testimony by Nazi war criminals, the Mufti’s influence was critical to the German decision to annihilate the Jews of Europe.
At the Nuremberg Trials in July 1946, Dieter Wisliceny testified:

The Mufti was one of the initiators of the systematic extermination of European Jewry and had been a collaborator and adviser of Eichmann and Himmler in the execution of this plan… He was one of Eichmann’s best friends and had constantly incited him to accelerate the extermination measures. I heard him say, accompanied by Eichmann, he had visited incognito the gas chambers of Auschwitz.

Wisliceny further shared that Eichmann met privately with Husseini, showed him maps illustrating the dispersal of the Jewish people in different European countries, and delivered a thorough report on the solution of ‘”the Jewish problem” in Europe.
Despite Wisliceny’s testimony, the evidence that the Mufti was a passionate Nazi and was personally responsible for the mass murder of many Jews, is not wanting. It’s unequivocal that Islam was a direct and critical influence on “the Final Solution” of the Jewish People. Islam’s bloody digits have left fingerprints all over Europe in an effort to destroy the Jews.

And in case you think this sentiment concerning Jews no longer exists, according to MEMRITV.org, this is mainstream Sunni and Islamic scholar Sheik Yousuf Al-Qaradhawi, on Al-Jazeera TV on January 28 and 30, 2009:

Throughout history, Allah has imposed upon the [Jews] people who would punish them for their corruption. The last punishment was carried out by Hitler. By means of all the things he did to them – even though they exaggerated this issue – he managed to put them in their place. This was divine punishment for them. Allah willing, the next time will be at the hand of the believers.

Shalom through strength…
