HELLO? MR. HOLDER? Is Threatening Murder Still a Crime?

Written by Allan Erickson on April 23, 2015

Hello. Is this the Department of Justice? Is Mr. Holder at work today? May I speak with him please. Yes, thank you.

Hello, Mr. Holder? Thank you for taking my call. I have a question. My understanding is it is a crime to threaten to kill others, correct? We have credible evidence that certain leaders of the New Black Panthers have said they will kill white people. Yes, that’s right: they say they will hunt down whites and kill them. That is a crime, correct? Yes, thank you.

And since the Vice President, the Speaker of the House, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and the Majority Leader in the Senate are all white, then the Panther leader is committing another high crime threatening to assassinate the leaders of this country, correct? Yes. Thank you.

So, my last question is, since you are the chief law enforcement officer in government, what are you going to do about this? Are you going to arrest and charge the Black Panthers involved?
