These 3 big missiles are a mystery to residents of this Texas town. Officials say that they are for ‘training’ purposes.

Lubbock,TX— Residents near Post,TX can breathe a sigh of relief. According to officials at the Dyess Air Force base, missiles that were noticed south of lake Alan Henry are dummy missiles used for training.

After hearing from multiple viewers who claimed to have seen missiles south of Post, EverythingLubbock.com sent a reporter to investigate. He discovered that there are three missiles standing on what appears to be a vehicle.

Additionally, there are multiple other military vehicles at the location which was simply identified as a “US Air Force Installation.” Our reporter spoke with Public Affairs at Dyess Air Force base who confirmed that the location is theirs and said it was used for training.
