Tanya Lardieri’s son Jared Marcum was charged with obstruction of justice in 2013, after refusing to turn his t-shirt inside out at school.

Now, the family’s lawsuit is asking for $200,000 in compensatory damages and $250,000 in punitive damages, for violating Marcum’s 1st and 14th Amendment constitutional rights.
