ANTI-GUN SCHOOL: Kicks Out & Arrests Kid Wearing Pro-Gun Shirt, Now His Mom Is Making Them Pay

This school is really gonna regret that decision.

Tanya Lardieri’s son Jared Marcum was charged with obstruction of justice in 2013, after refusing to turn his t-shirt inside out at school.

Now, the family’s lawsuit is asking for $200,000 in compensatory damages and $250,000 in punitive damages, for violating Marcum’s 1st and 14th Amendment constitutional rights.
