CONFUSION ALL AROUND! Identity Crisis Threatening America
This world is truly becoming insane very quickly. What the heck is going on in America with this identity crisis stuff? I am beginning to think that when a baby is born in America the “it’s a girl” or “it’s a boy” exclamations might have to go something like: “It’s alive! When it grows up it can decide what it wants to be!” We will have to just wait and see. The “alive thing” will have to decide if it is human, male or female, what color their skin actually is and is that the “race” they will choose to identify with. How in the world are we going to fill out any identification papers when we can’t state the obvious anymore? It’s just insane.
How are we going to fill out birth certificates if we don’t get this nonsense under control? What a confused bunch of people we are becoming. What a confused generation of children we will be raising or, dare I say, “already raised?” I mean honestly, isn’t it so obvious to all of us? Can we all get real again and just notice and state the obvious like we used to?
I think it would really help America if we can just admit what we all instinctively know.
It makes no sense what-so-ever to be obviously born with certain physical traits and characteristics, if we are able change or deny these things whenever we feel like it. Where has our common sense and logic gone? Our world is going to become more chaotic and insane if this problem is not contained and treated properly. It is truly time for the people who still have common sense and are capable of thinking logically to speak up. Our children are relying on us and we can’t let them down anymore.
I watched a video of a young girl who believed she was a wolf! Seriously, can’t we see that she and her friends need to be sharing a ward at the mental institution? What do you think will happen if we continue down this extremely slippery slope?
I am so sick and disgusted about the lack of common sense in people that as little as ten years ago would see right through all this nonsense. We have an identity crisis in America that is so out of control. We now have a 65 year old Olympic athlete choosing to be transformed into a woman, a white woman identifying as black and going to drastic measures to prove it and young adults acting like the animals they “identify with.” What disturbs me the most is how so many people the world would consider fairly intelligent, lack the common sense and critical thinking skills to think these situations through? Lawyers, doctors, nurses, teachers, common “intelligent” people, etc. are all saying things like, “Big deal. They aren’t harming anyone?”
They aren’t? What about the children? I observe young adults in their twenties and thirties that have said “we are still trying to figure ourselves out.” Well, of course they are! They are now living in such an “open” society where “anything goes” and the stranger the more interesting, right? It’s the new trend. Traditional ways are out and everything else in. Young adults are getting psychiatric help in their 20’s!!! Ask around a bit and you may be surprised at how many people take pills for anxiety and depression. Many factors contribute to this mess.
I just truly think it would help if reporters sounded more like this: “Olympic athlete, Bruce Jenner, has decided to transform himself into a woman at 65 years old. His family has gathered around him to help him seek treatment for HIS identity crisis.” Or just simply keep stuff like that OUT of the news.
In just about every conversation I had about identity, the person I am talking with eventually comes to the conclusion that people with this kind of confusion just are not mentally stable. They usually admit something is wrong. Then why do we continue to praise and condone this stuff? Sounds extremely unloving to me to allow someone we care about think something they are doing is “right” when it isn’t. These people need help and they won’t get it if we continuing praising and celebrating this stuff. These individuals represent a very small portion of society and they need real help, not media attention.
