Here’s one of Tebow’s latest ventures you may not have heard about: Night to Shine. Last year, the Tim Tebow Foundation created an annual prom specifically for those with special needs. This February, 44 churches and 15,000 volunteers came together to celebrate 7,000 guests with special needs. The Night to Shine website reads:
This unforgettable prom night experience changed Valentine’s Day weekend from simply a celebration of love, to a celebration of God’s love, people with special needs and the value of life. This year we will continue expanding this ministry into a worldwide movement that allows people with special needs to shine, churches to shine, volunteers to shine, and most importantly, Christ to shine.
