As a man that has long supported our brothers in blue, it pains me to have to come after some of them like this. I believe that most cops are good, however, unless one is being willfully blind, you cannot deny what is happening out there to people of color and other minorities.
A person catching an attitude with a police officer under no circumstances gives that officer the right to kill. We are consistently being told how we are supposed to behave when dealing with law enforcement, but who’s teaching them how to behave when dealing with the population they are supposed to serve and protect? We are not their slaves, nor are we their subjects. Things need to change.
