Why We Shouldn’t Jump to ANY Conclusions About Scalia’s Cause of Death

With the announcement of Chief Justice Anthony Scalia’s death came the knowing that Obama will be in the driving seat for anointing another SCJ of equal anti-American and anti-Constitution ideals, such as his two current servers Sotomayor and (the lesbian looking) Kagan. As I started to write an article on the subject, in fact this very article this morning, thinking and suggesting that Scalia may have been assassinated, chartall based on Obama’s being our King, with Scalia’s death therefore giving Barry an even bigger foot-hold in American jurisprudence, my husband again became my article-writing-party-pooper. I suggested what I would like to see happen to all Democrats (it isn’t pretty) because of King Barry being voted in as POTUS, not just once, but twice. My husband once again reminded me that “we live in a free society, yet although filled with voting idiots and that God is ultimately in control.”

The partial chart above from Wikipedia under “List of Presidents of the United States by Judicial Appointments” shows all the presidents since I was born forward and that of their SCJ appointees. Also shown in the other columns are the Court of Appeals appointees and District Court appointees and a third column total. The first column is what I am focused on.

Despite the flak from my valentine, I carried on, in fact tenaciously I started digging up facts to validate my argument for cause of death, that being assassination. In digging I found that the previous US president to appoint the most SCJ’s was Ronald Reagan, so considering my current thoughts of dastardly deeds by Obama and his administration, that would suggest that Reagan had acted in the same manner to replace SCJ’s under his administration; and that I cannot believe. So scratch the suggestion of a hit on Scalia. Also notice the total SCJ appointed by Eisenhower; that’s a head turner too.

But here is an interesting tidbit food-for-thought, thought; in fact, it’s been over 80 years since a lame duck president has appointed a Supreme Court justice…hmmm.

So, maybe Scalia did die in my adopted state from natural causes and maybe not, but we, just like the grassy knoll in Dallas will never know; but one thing for sure Scalia’s departure sucks for America.
