Some Examples of ANTI-TRUMP HYSTERIA from the Same Leftists Who Elected Barack Obama
Liberals are panicking more than any left-leaning media outlet will let anyone know. Recently on a Facebook thread liberals disclosed their take on Trump’s ascendancy:
“Just a small, evil part of me wants this to happen. let the conservative morons of america have it their way, so when the united states is a fascist zoo burning to the ground by 2020, maybe they’ll finally SHUT THE F**K UP. whatever. the rest of me has faith that we aren’t this stupid”.
Note the deliberate choice of words: evil, morons, fascist, whatever, stupid.
Not to mention the “SHUT THE F*** UP” part. Yes, liberals claim they never ever would dream of silencing anyone. Yet here’s a liberal demanding that a dissenting point of view be silenced.
One person responding to the post went for the ominous, “This man (Trump) will be the commander in chief of the military. There would be nowhere to hide”.
Hide from what exactly?
No doubt the author of that post has never heard of Posse Comitatus, which conservative Republican President Rutherford B Hayes signed into law back in 1878. Posse Comitatus is the reason why US military forces can’t perform law enforcement functions inside the boundaries of the United States – unless on a military base or unless a very unusual national emergency situation persists that other law enforcement agencies can’t come to terms with.
In other words, you aren’t going to see the 101st Airborne Division issuing speeding tickets and running DUI checkpoints anytime soon. However, if riots were to break out in major cities, and local authorities supported by National Guard were unable to restore order, the 101st might be called upon to help out.
So fascist zoos burning to the ground and a maniacal Trump running the Armed Forces of the United States. What’s missing from this liberal fear-fest? Oh, that’s right, racism.
“I almost feel like conservatives are like “Oh yeah? You elected a black guy for president? Ok. Ok. Watch this fu**in sh*t motherfu**as! Watch what WE do!”
Except that elections – at least as viewed by conservatives – aren’t tit for tat events. Conservatives treat elections as serious, consequential events and not as beer pong the way liberals do. There is no vast right-wing conspiracy at play ordering it’s members to support Trump just because liberals were audacious in electing Obama not once, but twice. In fact, there are a lot of conservatives that aren’t sold on what Trump’s offering, yours truly included.
Not to mention, 60% of GOP primary contenders are people of color. 0% of Democratic contenders are of color. It’s impossible to get any whiter than what Democrats are running this year. It’s almost impossible to get any older than what Democrats are running this year.
Liberals out there are starting to see the writing that’s on the wall. Eight years of Obama have been mediocre at best, elbow joint of the toilet drain most often. They know the gig is up so they are resorting to the shrillest of shrill histrionics as their last defense.
