How Our Government Is Trying to Silence ‘We the People’ With This Excuse

As history, for a multitude of years, often more than once a week and on a multitude of subjects, I have both emailed and left phone comment on issues with both of my Senators and Congressional Representative. I never threaten except how I will cast my ballot. I am also cautious that my language does not exceed that which is orated by them and/or their peers from the well of Congress. Since November of 2014, forty-nine of my writings have been nationally published on the web site of ClashDaily.
I am conservative, the exact opposite of my “green and progressive” two Senators and Rep. I believe in the Constitution as written, not as interpreted by those that consider it obsolete. I believe that it is “We the People” that are the only ones authorized to revise the Construction not some posterior-kissing neo-Marxist. Needless to say, in today’s political climate, they would prefer to represent a sunburned hemorrhoid as a constituent. (So be it for many times I feel that a sunburned hemorrhoid would be the preference to represent me).
Perhaps my peers will recall that, twice, the official web site of Senator Jeff Merkley refused my writings, stating that my writing was “A National Security Risk”. Both of these writings were accepted by my other Senator’s site, the site of my Congressional Representative and one was published nationally by ClashDaily. Not to be discouraged, (and since I was not visited by the FBI, Secret Service, DHS, BLM, EPA, or a SWAT team), I forwarded paper copies to the Senator’s local office via snail mail the day after submitting for consideration for national publication. I included a terse cover letter of objection to his further ignoring anyone that doesn’t embrace his posterior.

12/17/15 “LIBERALISM TAKEOVER: When The Red, White and Blue Becomes Only Blue”.
Yesterday , (02/17/160, the 17th is becoming a special day) during mid –morning I answered the phone and walla, (half of Walla Walla) it was a Merkley Sr. Staffer. (I will leave him anonymous to protect his intellect but hereinafter refer to him as ‘the staffer’). He stated that he was responding to my complaint about being locked out of Merkley’s site as a National Security Risk. Because it is against the law in this state to audio tape without permission, I can only recall the conversation from memory. It lasted near a half hour.
One of his points was that the sites are not created by or subject to change by the Senator or his staff; that they are created and maintained by an independent government organization.
To this I say “Bovine Excrement”! First, who believes that anything to do with government computers or that government created software is isolated, free of hacking or secure in process? Second is that if my peers will address any congress–persons site, you will not find two the same. Is that taxpayer waste or does it make the staffer either misinformed or untruthful?
One of the staffer’s points that implied that it was my computer that was in error is easily countered.
Staffer; why did this National Security Risk not run up the flag for the other Senior Senator’s site nor the Senior Representative’s site? Could it be that, like Obama, you are trained to point to the other guy as the sinner? After all, it has become a common practice during this Administration that from Municipal through the White House that all mistakes are made only by those that won’t embrace green/progressive posteriors.
The staffer also made a statement that I take as attempt to intimidate me. That was that to state that something is a “Security Risk” that isn’t one is in fact a violation of federal law.
I am not intimidated although I take that as a direct threat that if displeased, Senator Merkley can make a false charge against me and persecute me for not embracing his Neo-Marxist agenda. At minimum, as is becoming the weapon of the District of Corruption, he can bankrupt me by my having to defend against the power of an out of control government. If a law has been violated, it is practice to label it as “anti-American to suggest that it might be someone in this Administration. This, though the present Administration may well go down in history as the most corrupt.
As many of my friends know, and as I informed the staffer, one of my retirement titles was “Sr. Computer Analyst”; so Mr. Merkley, though the Yuletide season has just passed, take note that the mistletoe remains attached to the back of my belt. The true problem lies within your computer site and you damned well know it!
