After being shot down in the criminal system, Michelle Fields is taking her claim to the next level.
The former Breitbart News reporter told TheBlaze Wednesday that she will be pursuing a civil action for defamation against both Donald Trump and his campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski.
Earlier Wednesday, the Florida state attorney’s office for Palm Beach County leaked to reporters that it will decline to prosecute Lewandowski on criminal charges for simple battery against the reporter.
