Lunatic Liberals Continue to WARP History Because They’re Afraid Of…
There was a point in time when you lost your wallet; a later point in time when you found it.
Between those two points in time is what I call the “interim space”. It is that place where you diligently searched for your wallet and could not find it. You knew where it should be and it was not there. You then searched where it could have been if it were not where it should have been.
Your mind devised a scenario in which your wallet must have been stolen. The narrative may have concluded who stole your wallet and under what circumstances. You may have even narrowed the prospective thief to a specific individual.
Then you found your wallet. It had been misplaced; never stolen. The imaginations that your mind created collectively comprised a false narrative which — for a period of time — you earnestly believed to be genuinely factual.
This mental exercise is called “jumping to conclusions” or “inference-observation confusion”.
It is the interim space.
We jump to conclusions and see what is not there. We see what we believe and, sometimes, fail to believe what we see.
• Examples? There are plenty.
It is in the interim space that conspiracy theories come alive and thrive.
It was in the interim space that Ponce de Leon imagined the Fountain of Youth existed and somewhere between the ports of Portugal and the coasts of Florida sea monsters consumed sailing vessels in a single bite.
It was there that aboriginals considered the moon to be their mother and the sun their original father. Our Indian ancestors placed the Happy Hunting Grounds in the interim space. Today will fill our minds with notions of space aliens, Bigfoot, and the Illuminati.
In the interim space lived Odin and a pantheon of other gods and goddesses that preceded him.
Breaking news of a devastating earthquake awakens the interim space where some imagine the Second Coming of Jesus must surely be at hand while others are certain that pollutants have caused Mother Earth to moan in anguish.
It’s the place in our mind that we fill the void of uncertainty with assumptions; then believe the assumptions as fact. Sometimes we will defend our imaginations to the death.
• The regressive left invades our interim space and plants seeds of thoughts that take root and grow. Some are coincidentally accurate. Many, if not most, are mental concoctions with little or no substance. Nonetheless, they are believed as if they were real.
Errant revised history is formed in the interim space. We learn there that Nelson Mandela was an epic hero deserving our worship as were Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks. In the interim space we discover George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were white racist bigots to be consigned to the dust bin of history.
We learn there that white Americans were inclusively racists. It is there that we grovel at the feet of errant revisionists and apologize for our sins of slavery.
White privilege is a concept that resides in the interim space. We imagine what does not exist then curse others who fail to see it.
The myth of cultural relativism thrives in the interim space of our minds.
• Note that the seeds of thoughts are often grounded in truth.
White settlers did, indeed, push plains Indians onto reservations. There is no doubt that many Indians perished from diseases contracted from white colonists.
Inference-observation confusion sets upon our minds when we exclude the fact that white innovation provided the Indians with the vaccine for the Small Pox. White people saved millions of Indian lives.
Also ignored is the fact that Indians engaged in millennia of inter-tribal warfare during which time millions, no doubt, were brutally murdered. The false narrative does not include the reality that white settlers ended thousands of years of Indians massacring other Indians. Also excluded is the fact that Europeans contracted diseases from Indians.
A woman may be converted to feminism when a regressive fertilizes and waters some real offense committed by a man. From that seed grows an intolerant misandry vaguely disguised as feminism. How many embrace feminism because of an emotional scar inflicted when they were dumped (or wholly ignored) by a knight in shining armor or passed over for a promotion?
Inference-observation confusion is reinforced with Sokal-sounding terminology such as “male-dominated society”, “patriarchy”, or “objectified” to name a few.
• The outcome is cultural insanity. Academia is a primary incubator for cultural insanity. The media is the primary propagator.
Nothing dispels the notion of the thief who stole our wallet more effectively than finding the wallet and realizing it had been there all along.
Truth is the herbicide that dispels false narratives that thrive in the interim space of our minds. It is for that reason that the regressive left purposes to control the flow of information. Regressives often know the truth. They intentionally deceive us.
