Wounded Vet Leaves His Car, Was SHOCKED By What He Saw When He Got Back

Every once in a while, you need to read some good news for the day, in the midst of all of the bad news.

When this wounded veteran walked away from his car, he never expected what he was going to find when he got back.

Tucked under a $10 bill was a note thanking him for his service, from a fellow military veteran. It read:

“Lunch is on me, soldier! Thank you for your dedicated service — from a retired Marine chopper pilot. Semper Fi”

The photo was posted to Reddit with the following quote, and laters posted to Facebook:

“I am a disabled vet with Army license plates. Found this under my windshield wipers today. Thanks for lunch, wherever you are.”
