The Black Lives Matter movement is being sued by one brave man — and take a look at why he is doing so. Do you agree with him and do you think that he can pull it off?
GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) – One Upstate man is suing the Black Lives Matter Organization, and three other people.
Jack Logan is a community activist in the Upstate, but he says protesters in Greenville associated with the Black Lives Mater organization “attacked him [me] with racist comments, they have prevented law enforcement from patrolling the area he [I] lives in due to being attacked as prejudice, hate organization, having myself and others in fear of our safety, inciting the imminent services bodily injury and killing police, promoting gang violence.” (Lawsuit)
The lawsuit claims that Logan says those with the Black Lives Matter Organization, as well as Alicia Garza, Patrisee Cullors, and Opal Tometic, violated his civil rights. Logan is suing for $1 million.
“I’m asking a judge to seize the movement until they prove they are not hate a group,” said Logan.
The lawsuit also states that Logan is asking the courts seize the Black Lives Matter Organization.
“I’m doing this to promote peace for all mankind. I just want them to understand that what they are doing is hate, they’re promoting hate,” said Logan.
