NON-POLITICAL DONALD TRUMP Is a Lot Like Non-Political President Dwight D. Eisenhower

One of America’s greatest presidents was General Dwight David Eisenhower. He was a West Point Graduate who rose to the position of Commander of Allied forces in Europe during WW-II. He organized and led the Allied landing at Normandy and the ongoing invasion of Europe and conquest of Nazi Germany. Subsequently, he was nominated as the Republican Party’s candidate for the presidency of the USA, which he won and served in from Jan. 20, 1953 – Jan. 20, 1961.

Eisenhower was not a politician. He was considered unqualified for the presidency by the political elite because of his lack of governmental experience. Ike, as he was called, was a military leader, organizer, manager and motivator. He clearly knew how to select and inspire subordinates in the achievement of their mission. Voters recognized these leadership skills and they voted him into the Oval Office in 1952. Accordingly, Eisenhower’s senior executive competence enabled him to recruit and motivate a superb administrative team that led our nation to unprecedented prosperity and ended the Korean War.

Frankly, Eisenhower’s proven leadership qualities and success reminds me of Donald Trump’s proven leadership qualities and success. Donald has built hundreds of buildings, facilities, and enterprises requiring the diversified skills and coordination of thousands of independent contractors, workers, bankers, investors, and entrepreneurs. His enormous success has obviously demonstrated his ability to select, manage, coordinate, and motivate high performance individuals and enterprises to greater heights. And he has done this on a multinational basis.

I am confident that Trump’s proven executive talent and his non-political orientation – like Eisenhower’s – will enable “The Donald” to Make America Great Again. He will surround himself with America’s most talented and competent and responsible men and women, who will achieve his goal of Putting America First.

Obama promised Hope and Change – Hillary has promised More of the Same. Trump has promised to Make America Great Again to Put America First Again. Which one do you want?
