Maybe if we give the flooding a catchy name like “Katrina” Obama and his complicit media might care?

You would never hear CNN make a dig like that at Obama. They’re in his pocket. (But, even Leftist journalists already knew that.)
The fact Obama kept holidaying while Louisiana was underwater was no big deal. Otherwise, the media would be reporting it. Right?
Actually, it IS a big deal. People SHOULD be talking about this.
When it was Katrina, the media looked for every possible angle to slag Dubya for what he did, and what he failed to do to help.
But Obama is (half)-Black. And a Democrat.
So don’t expect the same things to be said about him.
