Now that his golf holiday is FINALLY over and the waters have begun to recede, Obama decided to make an appearance in Louisiana.
While Trump showed up (with a truckload of supplies) several days earlier, Obama had other pressing matters to attend to.
Pressing matters, like fundraisers with Hillary, and the back nine in Martha’s Vineyard.
So, standing among the debris after the storm (a perfect metaphor for his time in office) he offered his support to the good people of Louisiana, who have already moved on and begun the cleanup and rebuild process.
The question on everyone’s mind now that he’s finally showed up here, is which disaster site he will visit next.
