Can’t you just hear the left crying out: ‘If cars or knives got into the hands of a criminal, imagine the damage that could be inflicted!’
Isn’t that the same they use in their attempt to take away 2nd Amendment rights?
The fact is, this attack at Ohio State looks like so many other ‘lone wolf’ radicalized-Muslim attacks:
Belgium:
Islamic State claimed responsibility on Sunday for an attack by a machete-wielding man in Belgium that left two female police officers seriously injured, the group’s Amaq news agency said on Twitter.
Shortly before the claim, Belgian prosecutors had identified the assailant as a 33-year-old Algerian, K.B., who had lived in Belgium since 2012, saying that he may have been inspired by terrorism.
The attacker, who shouted “Allahu Akbar” (God is greatest) during the assault on Saturday, was shot by police and died of his injuries. He was carrying a rucksack but no explosives or other weapons were found.
“There are indications that the attack may have been inspired by a terrorist motive,” the prosecutors said in a statement. “He is known to police for criminal acts, not for terrorism.”

Reutlingen, Germany:
ClashDaily reported that a pregnant woman was hacked with a machete by a Syrian Refugee in July.
A Syrian refugee wielding a machete has killed a pregnant woman and injured a man and another woman in Germany before being arrested by police after he was run over by a man driving a BMW.
The attack happened in the south western city of Reutlingen near a doner kebab stand in a bus station at Listplatz Square in what has been described as a ‘crime of passion’.

Nice, France:
The 31-year-old French-Tunisian later drove the lorry he had hired two days before through packed crowds who were headed home after Bastille Day firework celebrations, killing at least 84 people.
Online news reports have emerged claiming Bouhlel, who worked as a delivery driver according to Nice Matin, had told police he was dropping off supplies of ice cream.
They allowed him to stay on the busy road for almost nine hours before the attack and failed to check his vehicle – where he had stashed a cache of guns and grenades.

Cue the hand-wringing and cries from the left.
What? No outrage?
It’s ridiculous?
But terrorists are using cars and knives.
Maybe they need to change their argument on the 2nd Amendment, too.
Maybe we should do some thorough background checks when people come into the US.
Maybe it’s time to use some ‘common sense’ in our immigration laws.
