DEMS VS. TRUMP: Out With the OLD, In With the NEW

Written by William Pauwels on December 14, 2016

Any honest, informed person must be impressed by Trump’s work ethic, focus, and commitment. He gave three to five speeches a day during the last month of the election, and one on the morning of the election. Then he went right to work the day after his election and has worked pretty much every day since then. He has been interviewing dozens of highly qualified people for his administration. He has given us a video outline of his priorities during his first 100 days.

All this nonsense about Hitler-like is ridiculous. As Hillary Clinton said, let’s give the President-Elect a chance to implement his plan of action. Even those who opposed him may be pleasantly surprised … Trump is committed to the needs, wants and expectations of working Americans — not just the Elites, Entertainers, and Wealthy . . . and will give the USA first priority. May God bless him!

It’s reported that in 2008, President-elect Obama didn’t make a single cabinet announcement until week three. Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, Bush-43 waited until week six. So why is the media making such a big deal out of President-Elect Trump’s announcement rate? In less than several weeks he’s already announced many important appointments. Needless-to-say, this discrepancy is simply another example of Leftist media-bias against our new President-Elect Donald J Trump.

Trump has a blunt charisma about him which attracts people, the much-needed tonic for the destructive political correctness killing our culture and society. Dr. Ben Carson diagnosed the problem, but Trump provided the cure. He is an attack dog, a tiger, a street fighter. We need someone like him who is not going to cover his own tracks and apologize all the time for hurting some people’s feelings.

The Democrat leadership in the House of Representatives, on the other hand, is really old and ineffective. Nancy Pelosi is 76, Dennis Hoyer is 77, James Clyburn is 76. Little wonder they are so out of touch with mainstream Americans. Their ideas are old – have been tested – and have failed to accomplish much. Thus over 95% of the counties in America voted for change – for Trump/Pence.

The immaturity of Democrats amazes me. To think I used to be one! You would think the election of Donald Trump was going to transform America beyond recognition. While some extreme Democrat/Leftist ideologies will be struck down – many good ones will survive in whole or in part. And there will be another day for the liberal Leftist Democrats to impose their will on the American people. The pendulum always swings both ways.

Frankly, it’s time for Democrats to grow up and accept their position as a minority party for the time being.
