What happened — Robert Downey Jr. declined to advocate for Congressional Obstruction?
A group of Hollywood liberals are now coming together to call on Congress to “obstruct” the Republican-led Congress and the incoming Trump administration.
In a video featuring actors and actresses like Sally Field, Rosie Perez, Steve Buscemi and “Westworld’s” Jeffrey Wright, the group Humanity for Progress argues that the President-elect stands for “xenophobia, racism, and misogyny.”
The group was formerly called Humanity for Hillary during the presidential campaign.
As if ‘Humanity’ and ‘Hillary’ ever belong in the same sentence unless it’s a question…
“We demand that you block nominees who threaten the rights of women, the LGBT community, people of color, immigrants and the poor,” the celebs declared.
The video goes on to demand that Congress “obstruct and defeat” any legislation that “violates our core values as diverse Americans.”
It concludes by saying that the message is “signed” by the majority of the American people, a reference to Donald Trump’s loss in the popular vote.
Along with the actors, authors Janet Mock and Touré, fashion designer Naeem Khan and developer Bruce Ratner also participated.

These celebs are part of the ‘Clinton Archipelago’. If you just removed California (like a bunch of people wanted to do right after Hillary’s loss,) Trump won the popular vote by 1.4 MILLION votes.
They live in a little teeny Liberal Bubble. Where everything is permissible except conservative thought.

Dontcha just love all those celebrities with their rehab, failed marriages and baby mamas/baby daddies telling YOU how the country should be run?
They’re the ones that wanted to elect a woman who:
– completely ignored security protocols as Secretary of State
– set up a homebrew server to avoid FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) requests
– lied to Gold Star Families about the reason that their children were killed
– intimidated and slandered sex assault victims and her husband’s mistresses
– used her position as former First Lady, then Secretary of State and finally Presidential Candidate to get rich
– has opponents die rather suspiciously…
