With these 4 denying Obama Wire-Tapped President Trump, it certainly makes the claim look legit.
If Obama did it, it certainly wouldn’t be the first time.
His NSA violated the Fourth Amendment.
And Obama’s admin wasn’t so great with telling the truth.
Look at Obama himself talking about when he knew about Hillary’s email server.
According to Ben Shapiro, these are 4 liars that make it hard to believe those saying the wire tapping didn’t occur.
1. FBI Director, James Comey.
According to The New York Times, FBI Director James Comey “asked the Justice Department this weekend to publicly reject President Trump’s assertion that President Barack Obama ordered the tapping of Mr. Trump’s phones, senior American officials said on Sunday.” The Times says that Comey thinks Trump’s weekend tweets on the subject are “false and must be corrected.” The Department of Justice, under Attorney General Jeff Sessions, has done no such thing.
Liberals seem to be a fickle bunch.
Look at how they react to James Comey.
They loved him because he let Hillary off the hook for her email server.
Then they were angry that they reopened the investigation because of information found on Anthony Weiner’s computers just before the election.
When Comey said, ‘Bah. Nevermind’, they loved him again.
But when Hillary lost the election, they now blame him for that.
It’s for this very reason — the interfering in the 2016 Election — that makes Jim Comey’s word look like nothing but hot air.
And look at the New York Times sources. Unnamed ‘senior American officials’.
From where? It doesn’t say which department.
The generality seems sketchy.
2. Former Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper.
Over the weekend, former DNI Clapper was asked about Trump’s accusations. “I can deny it,” Clapper stated. “I will say that for the part of the national security apparatus that I oversaw as DNI, there was no such wiretap activity mounted against the president-elect at the time, or [him] as a candidate, or against his campaign.”
I’d believe you, if it weren’t for this tiny little thing.
Edward Snowden’s leaks exposed Clapper for committing perjury to Congress when he said in 2013 that the NSA wasn’t collecting information on millions of Americans.
Because the NSA did.
Violating the Fourth Amendment in the process.
Clapper hasn’t faced any repercussions for his perjury.
3. The Obama Administration White House.
“A cardinal rule of the Obama administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice,” a spokesman for President Obama said. “As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any US citizen.”…
…And according to media reports, the Obama administration asked for a FISA warrant to wiretap Trump officials – twice. So did Obama do anything here directly? He wouldn’t have to. As many people have noted, Obama’s denial here – his “cardinal rule” – doesn’t amount to much, given the fact that the DOJ would know where its bread is buttered. Obama didn’t have to give Lois Lerner any specific direction in order to have his IRS target conservatives – she knew where her bread was buttered too.
Obama’s DOJ stank worse than the trunk of a car selling ‘Fresh-Caught Atlantic Wild Salmon’ in Nebraska.
Eric Holder’s numerous scandals — Operation Fast and Furious, not prosecuting the New Black Panthers, and targeting of police departments for political reasons. He was held in contempt for arms smuggling to Mexican drug cartels, but his buddy Barry used his executive privilege to protect him.
Loretta Lynch famously met with Bill Clinton privately on the tarmac while he and his wife was being investigated by the DoJ. But they just spoke about their grandkids.
They knew what ‘His Highness’ Obama would want and did it, so Barry could claim ‘plausible deniability’.
4. The Media (D).
Maybe the Media (D) see him as a ‘turncoat’ since he was a Democrat, but then saw the light of conservatism.
The media have declared Trump’s presidency corrupt from the start, without any hard evidence linking Trump to the Russians; they’ve declared that this set of accusations is truly out of bounds after reporting for months on leaked information regarding wiretapping that caught up Trump officials or targeted them.
It’s no secret that the Media (D) hate Trump.
Hey, Media (D) — the feeling is mutual.
The anti-Trump Media (D) are playing ‘gotcha’ at every turn hoping that something — anything! — will stick.
Look at CNN, they’re not even trying to hide their bias anymore.
