AMERICAN FRACKING: Changing The Balance Of Power In The World

We all noticed a few differences when looking at the photos of President Trump meeting with King Fahd of Saudi Arabia a few days ago as compared to President Obama when he made his first trip to the Middle East. President Trump did not bow down before the King, but instead stood tall, as an American President should do.

Most of us also noted the lack of a headscarf on America’s First Lady; she flat out refused to wear one. Then, several other Saudi women were seen at the events who did not have their heads covered. Why might you ask? Two reasons really; One: It’s not just that we have a man in President Trump who understands the world far better than his predecessor, as the Arab’s would say: “a Strong Horse”.

But more importantly the number two reason is Fracking; yes, the oil extraction process, it has changed the balance of power in the world. Fracking is a huge strategic weapon for the United States; America and her economy is no longer hostage to OPEC, as we now produce enough oil that we are actually able to export it. The Saudi’s, and most of OPEC, are now more dependent upon us, than we are on them.

Oh, there are only a few people in the world who our President, or any American Citizen for that matter, should ever bow to. That bow is out of respect, for those who have earned it. Two that come to mind are Queen Elizabeth II, the tough as nails, diehard supporter of America who, when just a Princess, served in uniform in WWII; refused evacuation from London to serve alongside her people during the German bombings. Should President Trump Bow to the Queen later in this current trip, it would be a huge goodwill gesture and sign of respect to the leader of sixteen of our United Nations Allies. The second one I would bow for as he has clearly earned my respect is King Abdullah II of Jordan. He personally bombed ISIS, and the King has proven himself to be a real leader.

From 41,000 feet, it’s pretty obvious that these are clear indications that the balance of power has shifted again in the world.
