ROGUE COURT: Does Congress Need To DISSOLVE The Politicized Ninth Circuit?
Harry Truman said, “When you have an efficient government, you have a dictatorship.” How can America stop the dictatorial march by the left? Consider that the left does not win any arguments in the arena of ideas, but instead must do it through the courts, specially the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Also the 9th Circuit Court is overturned roughly 80% of the time by the US Supreme Court. The 9th Circuit is the main weapon the left has been using to advance its agenda and stop its opponents.
Article III, Section 1 of the US Constitution, states:
[emphasis added]The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.
What that section means in layman’s terms is that, except for the US Supreme Court, Congress has the power to create or dissolve any of the circuit courts, at any time it chooses. In the case of the 9th Circuit Court, it’s clearly time to dissolve it and not just break it up or reorganize it. Why dissolve it? A very good article that goes into great detail was recently published at TheResurgent.com by Zachary Werrell, I suggest you read it here: http://theresurgent.com/its-time-for-trump-to-dissolve-the-9th-circuit-court-of-appeals/
To sum it up in simple, easy-to-understand pilot terms, if you break it up, those same leftist judges will be making the same crappy rulings in a new district. But by dissolving the 9th Circuit, those lifetime positions are eliminated, and a new crop of judges, clerks and staffs can be hired. New judges whose views are hopefully closer to the average American’s and the views of our Nations Founders on the role of government in our lives.
From 41,000 feet, dissolving the 9th Circuit would be dropping a MOAB on judicial tyranny.
