This Lady Has 18 Reasons Why Millennials Are LAME Compared To Folks Raised In The 60s & 70s
For people who think Progressives have made the world ‘New’ and ‘improved’… here’s a quick list of why that is wrong.
There are things in this world that have NOT improved over time.
They remember when food wasn’t microwaved or ordered as part of ‘combo number 3’.
They remember when the things you bought were worth repairing, not replacing.
They remember when people would say “Yes sir”, “no sir” when addressing someone with authority.
Fashion was not something to be apologized for.
Furniture wasn’t particle board or assembled at home with hex wrenches and little dowels.
Many of today’s franchises are reboots of movies from a time where we weren’t all locked into some producer’s rigid ‘success’ formulas. Superheroes? James Bond? Planet of the Apes?
Even Star Trek and Star Wars? Thank us. We did them first.
We could disagree about politics without demanding someone get fired for it. We could take a joke — and even laugh at ourselves.
Because even when we made fun of each other… we didn’t need to hate everything they are and stand for.
Thanks, ‘progressives’ for making everything so much ‘better’.
Does your grandpa go off on paltry politicians, whether they be Democrats or Republicans? Does he get misty eyed when he talks about God and Country and America’s future? And have you ever heard him scream, ‘Awww … Hell no!’ when Rosie O’Donnell starts yapping on television? If you answered yes to one, or all of the above, then your gramps will love Doug Giles’ latest book, My Grandpa Is A Patriotic Badass.
Don’t be fooled by the title — this ain’t just for Grandpa.
The Snowflake Generation — and the rest of America — needs a good ol’ dose of ‘Grandpa wisdom’.
Especially if that Grandpa is Doug Giles.
You’ll love My Grandpa Is A Patriotic Badass just as much as Grandpa will.
