Dear CNN: Gallup Says Melania ‘s Admired More Than This Social Justice Loudmouth – Is That News?

Even the obvious tilt of this poll can’t keep Melania Trump down.

Any poll that consistently puts Hillary Clinton as ‘most admired’ has some bias that should leave people scratching their heads. Even if it weren’t a Left/Right thing, you don’t seriously mean to tell us that…

BOTH Hillary and Michelle Obama edge out Oprah?

Oprah!

Seems sketchy.

Especially with Fake-it-so-you-make-it Pocahontas (Elizabeth Warren) rounding out #4.

Number four. Seriously.

We’re calling…

…on this poll’s biases.

It continues as you might expect — Angela Merkel (#5), The Queen of England (#6) this poll was taken in America, mind you! — until it gets to Condoleeza Rice, who, frankly deserves to be higher than several others above her, somehow slipped into this list without fanfare.

But, as one Trump tweet famously said, ‘Despite the negative press, covfefe‘.

Because next, we get to #8. Melania Trump!

And do you know who she beat out for that spot?

Beyonce! And Kate Middleton! Ouch, that’s gotta hurt the fragile Ego of precious ‘Queen Bee’ or whatever the hell her fans call her these days.

The article that accompanied the rankings trumpeted in the headline that Hillary and Obama are the most admired men and women. Because ‘yay leftists’. (The fawning coverage of Hillary/Obama compared to the ‘Russia Collusion’ and ‘she wore high heels to a flood’ coverage of the First Family could partially account for those numbers.)

But even they had to acknowledge Hillary’s growing unpopularity.

Americans once again are most likely to name Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton as the man and woman living anywhere in the world they admire most, as they have for the past 10 years. The pair retain their titles this year, although by much narrower margins than in the past. Obama edges out Donald Trump, 17% to 14%, while Clinton edges out Michelle Obama, 9% to 7%.

Surely it doesn’t help her popularity that so many of Hillary’s friends and associates are on the hook for sexual offenses of one sort or another.

But Clinton’s and Obama’s standings this year are more tenuous than in the past. The 9% who name Clinton is the lowest percentage she has received since 2002, when 7% named her in another close first-place finish. Clinton won the title this year in the same poll she registered a personal low favorable rating. This indicates she remains top of mind for enough people who like her to be named more than any other woman in response to the open-ended question, finishing ahead of some women who may be better liked overall but are not as prominent in people’s minds.

Oh, look at that. A careful reading of the data helps explain why so many leftists excel in this poll.

A quarter of Americans cannot name a man or a woman they admire most. Nine percent name a relative or friend as the most admired man, and 13% do so for the most admired woman.

This editor, for example, can easily think of a dozen non-politicians that he admires that don’t appear on this list. They might be relatives, neighbors, pastors or teachers. Friends and farmers and businessmen who quietly live their lives and are known to few beyond their friends and God — certainly not to ‘the public’ at large.

Why do so many leftists top the list? Because to them — as Chris Rock once put it…

“The president and the first lady are kind of like the mom and the dad of the country,” Rock said during a rally at the Capitol. “And when your dad says something, you listen. And when you don’t, it usually bites you in the ass later on.”

Of course people who think like that will tilt the votes in favor of leftist political ‘icons’.

Yet, for all that — Melania and Condi STILL made the list.

And better still? Nikki Haley beat out Beyonce and Middleton, too.

This was December 4th — even BEFORE Haley gave UN that epic slapdown.

Fantastic.
