The divide between left and right seems to be forming along lines of law-and-order versus cheering illegal immigration.
Such cheering has consequences. Yet another defender of our law and order has been killed by an illegal alien.
But still they cheer. And they oppose the wall as ‘racist’.
Will that bring back the dead widow’s husband or their twin girls’ daddy?
No.
Policies have consequences.
Zetina, 19, was killed in a gunbattle with Colorado Springs police and El Paso County sheriff’s deputies Monday. The firefight also claimed the life of Deputy Micah Flick and wounded three other officers and a bystander.
A Facebook page apparently belonging to Zetina shows a young man steeped in gang culture.
“I bang dat Big Bad Soldados 13 Gang,” Zetina bragged on Facebook, using slang for gang affiliation.

Just ‘looking for a better life’, is he? Nope, not him.
They must mean the twins the slain officer is leaving behind. Because Zetina was killed in a bloody gun battle, where several cops and a bystander were shot. They were trying to arrest car thief. Yes, he had priors.

The men and women in law enforcement that serve and protect us are commendable, but the response time means that they don’t get there when the bullets are flying.
Are you willing to wait 20 minutes for the police to show up?
It’s an issue that needs to be discussed within our churches and addressed by our church leaders.
We need some righteous badassery in the church to protect ourselves, our loved ones, and our brothers and sisters in Christ from the preventable evil in this world.
We need to Obey Jesus.
