Count on It: the Media Will Distort What The President Said About Drug Dealers And The Death Penalty

President Trump visited New Hampshire and while there he outlined his plan to combat opioid abuse. The plan included provision of the death penalty versus those convicted of trafficking opioids. The left of course hates both President Trump and the death penalty.

Now, the left will contort whatever Trump said in New Hampshire and pretend as if he’s suggesting the death penalty be applied to every wannabe thug selling dime bags of crack on street corners in all those places where allegedly Black Lives Matter. That’s not what Trump said in New Hampshire. Trump is saying, in places like West Virginia towns where hundreds of millions of opioid-based pills are produced each year — so many that every man, woman, and child in that town could have half a dozen pills per day – that whoever is manufacturing all those pills be held accountable even if by death for their work. Anyway…

The left hates the death penalty and they won’t be keen on a Trump proposal to extend the death penalty to a particular class of criminals. Which begs the question:

Does the left support the death penalty for Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz?
