It looks like this star is channeling Hillary with these insulting comments about women that support Trump!
One of the fringe ‘stars’ of the new revamped ‘Roseanne’ show has made some pretty disparaging remarks about ‘white women’ that voted for Donald Trump.
Sandra Bernhard is a stand-up comedian, actress, and regular on the original ‘Roseanne’ series. Full disclosure, I have never been a fan. I find her crass, and just not funny at all. If you care to check it out, you can try to get through this ‘best of’ clip and attempt to find a joke that is actually funny.
Bernhard says that she just doesn’t get why white women would vote for Trump. The MSNBC host, Ari Melber, didn’t ask her why she thought that minority women voted for Trump, so that’s still a mystery…
After Bernhard said she ‘can’t understand it’ and doesn’t know ‘where it comes from’, she then shared her theories. And boy, howdy! Those are some pretty sexist theories!
Bernhard explained that there were a ‘couple of issues’ that caused women to vote for Donald J. Trump. Like Hillary, she believes it’s because women are being ‘oppressed’ by the men in their lives. Or it could have been that women were offended by the Clinton legacy of getting rich through their Foundation. It could be that women were just intimidated by a successful woman like Hillary.
Um… no.

Here is a transcript of the discussion between MSNBC’s Ari Melber and Sandra Bernhard.
MELBER: White women for Trump.
BERNHARD: Can’t understand it. Don’t know where it comes from… I think it’s a couple of issues.
It’s being either under the thumb of your husband or, for the election, it was being so offended by Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton’s legacy that you turned on her. Or feeling inadequate, feeling like how can somebody be so educated? How can somebody have brought themselves up from their experience and gone to the top? Educated herself, fought for rights, civil rights, and equality. And I think that is threatening to a lot of women.MELBER: How do you mean? Threatening to the deals they have made in their life?
BERNHARD: Yeah. A lot of women have compromised, given in, raised their kids and not had the luxury of being able to think for themselves. And when you sacrifice that in your life and say I don’t think I’m going to lean on somebody else financially that means you’ve got to get up every day and go work. I am not saying that none of these women work. Of course they do. But you also — there’s just those little gradiations of how you look at other women and the sort of feeling you have of inadequacy.
Wow. Isn’t that just lovely?
White women that support Trump can’t think for themselves because they hand over their brain to the man in their lives?
How feminist of her.
It has nothing to do with policy ever, does it?
Oh, wait, I forgot women aren’t actually women unless they check off every Democratic Party litmus test including abortion on demand.
Female Trump supporters are intimidated by Hillary’s success?
That. Is. Laughable.
It’s no surprise that Hillary and Bernhard think that women are ‘under the thumb’ of the men in their lives — after all, Hillary has literally made her political career solely based on her marriage to Bill. It’s all about her “marriage” to a former President.
She ‘stood by her man’ as he #MeToo-ed his way through Arkansas and D.C., calling his victims ‘bimbos’.
She and Bill created the Clinton Foundation to make themselves rich by cashing in on his Presidency.
That was how she and Bill became high-priced speakers.
And that was how she became a Senator.
Then she ran for President, lost the nomination to a Junior Senator from Illinois, and he appointed her Secretary of State.
She then bungled that job with her ‘Russian reset’, the intervention in Libya which led to the death of Americans in Benghazi, the rise of ISIS under her purview, her bungling of classified documents, lying to the American people, her home-brewed server, and 30K deleted emails which she lied about.
She then rigged a primary and lost the Presidency to a reality television star because she failed to visit Democrat ‘strongholds’ that were suffering under Barack Obama’s ‘progressive’ agenda that cost manufacturing jobs.
Yep. There’s a whole lot to envy right there.
But hey, what else could it possibly be?
No one in their right mind would want:
- jobs brought back to the United States
- lower taxes
- fewer taxpayer-funded entitlement programs
- deregulation
- respect for religious views
- respect for life
- upholding the Constitution
- protecting the First and Second Amendments
- enforcing existing laws at the border and a Wall to reduce the influx of illegal aliens
- an end to virtue-signaling environmental policies that don’t do anything but cost big bucks and jobs
- putting Americans First
Those apparently aren’t women’s issues because they aren’t about ripping a baby out of the womb and killing it.
Bernhard, just like all those brave, brave virtue-signaling leftists in entertainment, has come out with a profanity-filled rant against President Trump. (Video link here, but EXTREME LANGUAGE WARNING.)
Can you imagine if a Trump supporter said that people that voted for Hillary weren’t thinking for themselves?
There would be marches in the streets with pink kitty hats, and vagina costumes.
