Girl Who Falsely Accused Football Players Of Rape Gets Some Bad News

This is a strong warning for those girls who falsely accuse men of rape. Here’s the 411.

Nikki Yovino, a 20-year old former Sacred Heart University student, had accused two football players of rape.

It appears that she completely made it up.

She is now being charged for falsely reporting an incident and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and the trial was scheduled to begin on June 18.

“We are ready to go forward,” Stamford lawyer Ryan O’Neill, who represents the now 20-year-old Nikki Yovino, said Tuesday.

Ryan and state prosecutors Tatiana Messina and Emily Trudeau met for more than an hour with Superior Court Judge William Holden to set a trial schedule while Yovino paced the lobby of the Golden Hill Street courthouse.

Ryan said later that jury selection in the case is set to begin on June 4.

Yovino, who left Sacred Heart and now works in real estate on Long Island, is charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. If convicted of the charges, one a felony and the other a misdemeanor, she could face up to six years in prison.

Yovino claimed that she was sexually assaulted by two football players in a bathroom in the basement of the house during a football club party.

She claimed that the men pulled her into the bathroom and that she protested.

“I don’t want to be in here, I don’t want to do anything. My friends are waiting for me outside, let me go outside,” police said Yovino she claimed she told the men.

They said she continued that they held her down and each took a turn sexually assaulting her.

Police said both men admitted having sex with Yovino in the bathroom, but said it was consensual.

Detective Walberto Cotto Jr. questioned Yovino again three months later at her Long Island home.

She admitted that she made up the allegation of sexual assault against (the football players) because it was the first thing that came to mind and she didn’t want to lose (another male student) as a friend and potential boyfriend,” according to the arrest warrant affidavit. “She stated that she believed when (the other male student) heard the allegation it would make him angry and sympathetic to her.

At the last minute, Yovino accepted a plea bargain that would allow her to see just a year in prison.

A Long Island woman accused of making up rape allegations against two Sacred Heart University football players to curry favor with a prospective boyfriend was sent to prison Tuesday.

Jury selection was about to begin in the case when 19-year-old Nikki Yovino instead decided to accept a plea deal that could mean she will serve a year in prison.

The case that had charged up the community ended in a whimper. Yovino agreed to plead guilty before Superior Court Judge Maureen Dennis to two counts of second-degree falsely reporting an incident and one count of interfering with police. All three charges are misdemeanors.

Yovino looks like a real class act, don’t you think?

Destroy a couple of lives because she wanted sympathy from a different guy? That’s cold.

She’s gotten off pretty easy, as her plea deal includes time served, so she’ll likely get less than a year in prison.

The two football players faced consequences, too — for a consensual sexual encounter.

Though the administration previously told The College Fix the players were neither expelled nor stripped of their scholarships “because of any allegations,” the Post said a year ago they withdrew after they were “dismissed” from the team and their scholarships “revoked,” on the eve of a disciplinary hearing.

Sacred Heart is also in dispute with the detective who filed the arrest affidavit, who claims one of the two players lost a year of eligibility and his scholarship, and a source who told the Post the other player also lost his scholarship.

This chick’s false allegations damaged the future of two innocent students.

This is why you need to raise your kids right.

We’ve all wondered for a long time, but it looks like medical science has finally determined the problem.

It’s spreading like a plague. For some reason, Liberals are losing their ever-loving minds.

Trump Derangement — and Romney Derangement before that — and Bush Derangement before that are only the tip of the iceberg.

What is driving them so berzerk?

Looks like we’ve found an answer:

A liberal walks into the hospital and asks for an X-ray of its skull. Doctors confirmed what we already feared. Here’s the sad diagnosis…

That’s the ladies’ version. You can get it here.

Don’t worry. There’s one for the guys, too.
