Poll Shows Dems Want A Fresh-Face in 2020 — Bad News For The Lardy Hagfish

Maybe she can take her Chardonnay into the woods and finally disappear from politics. Or is that too much to hope?

Considering the combined age of the Democrat thought leaders would take us back to the building of the Pyramids, maybe they’ve got a point.

After all, they no longer have to look to shriveled old hags to dispense the failed ‘wisdom’ of Trotsky and Lenin. There’s a new bumper crop of them thanks to Bernie Sanders!

And as for spouting nonsense, these young upstarts can give even Maxine Waters and Hank “Capsize Guam” Johnson a run for their money.

And according to this poll, they’re getting a little sick of the old guard.

Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden are among those touted as serious Democratic presidential contenders in 2020, but three-out-of-four Democrats think their party needs to turn to someone new.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 73% of Likely Democratic Voters believe their party should look for a fresh face to run for president in 2020. Just 16% disagree and think the party should promote a candidate who has already run in the past. Eleven percent (11%) are undecided.

It doesn’t look good for Hillary, Biden, Warren, Sanders, or any of the other aging hippies in the Democrat party who have refused to grow old gracefully and head out to pasture.

Will they finally take the hint and step aside? Or are they too addicted to power?

“I love how Trump looks confident. He’s not weepy or angry. He’s winning and doing exactly what he promised, namely, Making America Great Again. I also really enjoyed painting Comey, Obama, Hillary, Pelosi, Debbie and Anderson Cooper getting sucked down the drain. This is one of the funniest paintings I have ever painted. I couldn’t be happier and I hope these prints adorn the walls of every Trump supporter. I’m so glad Brandon Vallorani commissioned me to paint this epic, hilarious, and patriotic masterpiece.” — Doug Giles

Where can you see this fine — and hilarious — portrait?
