The police and the public prosecutor are looking for the perpetrator of serious violence. The victim (39) drank a drink on the street during Ramadan and almost had to pay for it with his life. The man was in a coma for a while and still bears the consequences of the heavy beatings. The facts are considered an attempted murder.
The facts date from Saturday, May 20, 2018, around 8:00 PM. Then the 39-year-old victim was beaten and badly hit by another person. The heavy violence took place at the intersection of the Bergopstraat and the Groenstraat in Sint-Joost-Ten-Node.

The reason? The 39-year-old victim would have drunk a drink on the streets during Ramadan. The man was in a coma for a long time and is still bearing the heavy consequences of this attack. The perpetrator may live near the facts.
