According To Gallup Poll – Who’s ‘The MOST Admired Woman’ – Michelle Or Melania?

Hillary Clinton no longer holds top spot. Who do you suppose took her place?

Keep in mind, this is a Gallup Poll.

If they asked you, who would your ‘most admired woman’ be?

There’s a good chance you’d pick someone from your personal life. Someone whose character, compassion, determination, selflessness, or wisdom has inspired you and people you know. But since these polls are designed to pick one ‘most admired’ person, they’re really asking which Celebrity you most admire.

If they had asked you, would you pick our First Lady, Melania? Maybe a woman of significant accomplishments, like Carly Fiorina, or Martha McSally, the Senator who was the first female Warthog pilot? Nikki Haley?

Maybe you admire women who have contributed to public thought in some meaningful way — like Donna Strickland who was the first woman to receive a (shared) Nobel Prize in physics in 55 years.

For seventeen continuous years, Hillary Clinton had a lock on the #1 spot. This is the first year she’s been overturned… she’s dropped down to a ‘lowly’ third place.

Who took her spot?

Michelle Obama.

By comparison, the very accomplished Oprah Winfrey was #2 in the list. And Melania was tied with Hillary.

Who else rounded out that list?

Others on the most admired women list include Queen Elizabeth, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, human rights activist Malala Yousafzai and House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).

Does that list seem just a little bit slanted to the Left to you?

But of course, it’s objective and true.

Just ask them, they’ll tell you.
