Dear America: Joy Behar Calls Meghan McCain A B*TCH But It’s OK … Liberals Live By Different Standards

Proud feminist, Joy Behar, seems to really like calling other women b*tches.

Interesting that Kid Rock calling Behar a b*tch on live television caused such outrage, but this is just… meh.

Behar uses the word ‘b*tch’ so much, you’d think she was a rapper from the 1990s.

Or maybe it’s just women named Meghan/Megyn that she likes to ascribe with that particular epithet.

Behar’s anti-Trump criticism has leaked out just about every time the camera is on her, and sometimes when it’s on her colleagues.

During a moment meant to commemorate the life and service of former President George H.W. Bush, Behar went off on an anti-Trump rant. Meghan McCain, who just months ago lost her father, Sen. John McCain, just wasn’t having it and tried to get Behar back on track.

The Daily Mail reports that the conflict escalated during the commercial break.

It got so bad that an out-of-control Behar yelled, ‘Get this b*tch under control!‘ and then she threatened to quit the show.

Behar was then seen slamming her cue cards on the table and turning to sound off on McCain just as producers cut to break. Producers muted Behar’s microphone so that her expletives would not be heard on air.

But the source told DailyMail.com that Behar threw her hands in the air, yelled ‘My God!’ and ‘Get this b***h under control.’

‘If this s**t doesn’t stop I’m quitting this damn show. I can’t take this much more,’ Behar allegedly fumed.

‘I’ve tolerated a lot of s**t on this show but I’m at my wits’ end with this entitled b***h. Enough already! Enough already! I’m not playing nice any longer,’ Behar shouted, despite the studio audience being able to hear it all.

Producers jumped in to calm down the pair. McCain, who producers have allegedly nicknamed ‘Ice Princess’ or ‘Elsa’ in a reference to the character from Disney’s Frozen due to her ‘cold’ interactions with staffers on the show, has returned recently after taking several weeks off after the death of her father. Those on the show, including the on-air talent, staffers, and producers were told by network executives to handle McCain gently because she was still in ‘deep grief’ and ‘fragile’ after the loss of her father due to brain cancer in late August.

McCain, for her part, didn’t understand what Behar was so angry about.

‘I don’t know why she’s so upset,’ McCain reportedly said. ‘I just wanted her to focus on President Bush and not bring Trump into this for once.’

While hair and makeup people attempted to groom both of the hosts, producers tried to calm Behar down before returning from the commercial break.

‘Everyone was frantic. The last thing they wanted was for Joy to walk off the show. She’s done that before. Remember the Bill O’Reilly situation? She appeared just as disgusted as she did that day and they only had two minutes to contain this explosion on set and get everyone positioned to return for the next live segment. It was utter chaos on set,’ the source said.

You’d think that perhaps deference would be given to the woman whose father, a veteran and well-known political figure, had recently died and had his life and memory politicized.

But no.

Despite the epithets and nastiness being tossed at McCain by Behar, it’s McCain that the Daily Mail article paints as the problem.

This is not McCain’s first spat with Behar and as previously reported by DailyMail.com on multiple occasions, McCain has feuded with her other co-hosts Sunny Hostin, new Friday co-host Ana Navarro and former co-host Sara Haines.

She previously had a tense on-camera blow-up with Whoopi Goldberg as well. She’s also had major drama with several high-ranking producers and ABC executives, according to insiders.

‘As toxic as she may be and all the hell she raises behind the scenes, the truth is The View’s ratings are up and ABC is turning a blind eye to Meghan’s awful behavior because of it. And unless the ratings drop or Meghan actually quits, she’s not going anywhere anytime soon,’ the source concluded.

Right. Because it’s Megyn McCain that is the problem.

It seems that Meghan McCain is having some difficulty as a non-leftist on daytime television just like Megyn Kelly did when she was on NBC. Maybe McCain didn’t realize that when she joined a show called, The View, she was supposed to conform (or at least acquiesce) to said view.

That is precisely the problem these days — it’s expected that all women conform ideologically to one particular point of view politically and if they deviate even a hint, then they’re just not ‘good’ women.

I’ll tell you a secret: It is indeed possible to support women in politics and other areas generally while not giving up your own ideology. Shocking, I know.

But let’s be frank, Joy Behar’s views are canned takes that are reactionary based on rabid leftism that doesn’t allow for criticism. Her opinions are more emotional than rational and require no real thought, introspection, knowledge of history, or even basic acknowledgment of fact.

It’s time for her to move on.

If Trump Derangement Syndrome™ takes the bitter, wacky, über-leftist, crusty, aging feminist harpy Joy Behar off of the air, that is one helluva way to Make America Great Again.
