They’re willing to accept payment to return home AND they’re requesting amnesty?
Does that math add up to you?
If you CAN return home… you should. Amnesty is off the table.
A drowning man might ask for help from a passing boat, but he’s hardly in a position to dictate the terms of his rescue or else wait until a ‘better boat’ comes along.
So why are these supposed ‘refugees’ looking for amnesty in America (while refusing it from Mexico) giving ultimatums to their so-called rescuers?
In historical cases of refugee flight — after WWII, for instance, or the Vietnamese fleeing on boats — we’ve seen actual gratitude just to have a home free of war and desolation.
But the ‘Caravan’ that the Media(D) has fallen in love with have a very different attitude to our hospitality: “Give me what’s mine”.
Is it any wonder so many Americans are so sick to death of hearing about them?
Have you heard about their latest demands?
Two groups of Central American migrants marched to the U.S. Consulate in Tijuana on Tuesday with a list of demands, with one group delivering an ultimatum to the Trump administration: Either let them in the U.S. or pay them $50,000 each to go home, a report said.
…Alfonso Guerreo Ulloa, an organizer from Honduras, said the $50,000 figure was chosen as a group.
“It may seem like a lot of money to you,” Ulloa told the paper.
“But it is a small sum compared to everything the United States has stolen from Honduras,” he also said.

‘Stolen’ eh?
Typical socialists. They think they’d be taking ‘what’s rightfully theirs’ from ‘the government’. In fact, they’d be taking money from you, the taxpayer. Just like any OTHER socialist scheme.
How many homeless vets, inner-city youth, or single moms do you think could find a way to make their lives better with a ‘mere’ government investment of ‘just’ $50,000 in their lives, supposing we even HAD money like that to throw around.
But there is a lesson about such demands people learned a long time ago, put into poetry by Kipling:
It is wrong to put temptation in the path of any nation,
For fear they should succumb and go astray;
So when you are requested to pay up or be molested,
You will find it better policy to say: –“We never pay any-one Dane-geld,
No matter how trifling the cost;
For the end of that game is oppression and shame,
And the nation that plays it is lost!”
These people found their own way here. They turned down the asylum offered by Mexico. They’ve worn out their welcome in Tijuana, and America has no need of additional tax-sucking ingrates.
America already has more than enough of those as it is, thanks.
