Cuomo is convinced that Gorsuch will reverse Roe v. Wade. Because he’s got some kind of a magic wand to make that happen.
Of course, that requires him to ignore the fact that the Supreme Court had a chance to hear two abortion cases, but chose other cases instead.
So, now that he’s whipping up Left-wing fears… what will he willing to do about it?
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is refusing to sign the state’s budget unless the legislature passes a bill that makes abortion up until birth for any reason legal in the state. He is also calling on the legislature to enshrine abortion as a right guaranteed in the state constitution.
While delivering a pro-abortion speech at Barnard College in Manhattan with former first lady Hillary Clinton at his side, the 61-year-old Democrat vowed not to support the 2019-2020 state budget legislation until the state legislature approves the Reproductive Health Act and the Comprehensive Contraception Coverage Act.
Cuomo’s vow comes after Democrats retook control of the New York Senate in the 2018 midterm elections. The vow also comes as the Trump administration has worked to advance pro-life policies.

He’s not satisfied that New York allows abortions up to 24 weeks.
Did you know that puts America into a very small group of seven nations that permits ANY abortions after 20 weeks? China and North Korea are two of the other six countries that allow abortions past 20 weeks. Canada has no rule at all, mainly because their politicians are too gutless to even talk discuss possible ‘reasonable limits’. The other countries are Singapore — which canes people for graffiti, Netherlands — well known for their red light districts and rampant euthanasia. Vietnam which sets the limited at 22 weeks rounds out the list.
Governor Cuomo wants abortion legalized right up until the point of childbirth.
It’s all in the name of ‘rights’, naturally. Kermit Gosnell would be proud.
Is it not enough that New York now officially kills more black babies than it brings into the world?
Is Cuomo aligning himself with Margaret Sanger’s Eugenicist agenda?
New York automatically allows for one month beyond that. In addition, New York City has the ghastly distinction of having had more black babies aborted than born between the years 2012-2016 (136,426 abortions compared to 118,127 births), according to their own health department report.
Yet, somehow, Cuomo believes the “right” to kill your unborn child should be expanded.
On Monday, he appeared at an event supporting the Reproductive Health Act, new legislation that would potentially make New York the least hospitable place for unborn life in the entire world.

So much for his father’s position of being ‘Pro-life but personally opposed’ to abortion. Governor Andrew Cuomo LOVES him some abortion. He just can’t get enough of it.
“Progressives” denounce the pro-life crowd as racist, sexist blah blah blah. You know the drill.
If we’re so damned racist, how is it that OUR policy would welcome hundreds of thousands of black babies into the world — in New York alone — that the Left would gladly snuff out? Does anyone REALLY stand in the way of the so-called ‘browning of America’ more than Abortion advocates themselves?
Pro-lifers reject Margaret Sanger’s view that black people are less fit to live and should have their population suppressed. But — deliberately or not — Hillary Clinton and Governor Cuomo’s policies dovetail with that idea beautifully.
Of course, they hide that bitter pill by in a spoonful of ‘women’s rights’… to make the medicine go down.
Looks like somebody’s got some ‘splaining to do.
