If you like ‘powerful women’ you’re gonna love this unconventional fashion show.
This one won’t be remembered for the haute couture or lingerie, but for an accessory that makes even the most demure lady a dangerous force to be reckoned with — Concealed Carry gear.
You may have guessed by now, the NRA had themselves a fashion show, to show some of the ways a fashionable woman can still have the kind of serious stopping power that makes CERTAIN that her ‘no really means no’ — whether he wants it to or not.
Firearms can apparently be stylishly stashed in everything from purses and dresses to yoga leggings and underwear, according to the goods modeled Saturday night at the annual concealed carry fashion show at the National Rifle Association convention in Indianapolis.
“It’s very uncomfortable when you first start concealing. You feel like everybody knows you have a firearm,” said Dawn Hillyer, the founder of Hiding Hilda a company that makes handbags with a special slot to place a gun.
Here are some of the models:

They are a confident-looking group of women, aren’t they? And why shouldn’t they be? After all, they know that if they ever find themselves in a situation where things go sideways, they have options. They can be their own rescuer.
And isn’t that exactly the kind of ‘strong and independent’ women the Left pretends to respect?
If that were truly the case, you’d think they’d be even louder advocates for women carrying than those of us on the Right are. But they’re frauds, so (naturally) they don’t.
On the other hand, someone who actually walks the walk, and genuinely wants to see strong women that need not tremble in terror if they find themselves in a dangerous situation wrote a book about exactly that.
Here’s a brand new book on how to be a Warrior Chick by Regis Giles — daughter of our very own Doug Giles:
From the book:
Do I want this to be happening? Why is his hand on my waist? Is he really fondling my breasts? What do I do? Why is he in a bathrobe? Why is he taking off the bathrobe? God, I need to get out of here! I thought this was going to be professional.
No one, unless they’ve been in the same situation, can ever really understand the stress and self-doubt one goes through when sexual harassment occurs.
Regis Giles’ new book will teach you how to escape the world of #MeToo victim and become the #WarriorChick you were meant to be!
Think Miss Giles knows a thing or two about taking care of herself? You’d better believe it.
She and her sister Hannah were the very first two female Valente Bros black Belts. That’s a feather in your cap, for sure.
She’s got a website ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Guns‘ and she had it LONG before it was ‘trendy’ to talk about #MeToo.
She’s also a world-class huntress.
