Between the YUGE MAGA Campaign rally in Orlando and some other good signs, it’s time to ask: are you ready to pull the Lever for Trump in 2020?
Rasmussen has been tracking the trend with a different sort of election question. One that paralleled the question that gave an accurate prediction of 2016: Do you think Trump will win in 2020? And that trend has broken solidly in favor of the President. As of last month:
The number of voters believing President Trump will be re-elected in 2020 continues to grow.
The latest ScottRasmussen.com survey found that 57% of voters nationwide now believe it is at least somewhat likely President Trump will be successful in next year’s campaign. That’s up from 54% a month ago, 50% two month ago and 46% in February.
And in Orlando for the official campaign launch, the crowds were big.
Pres Trump has arrived at the Amway Center in Orlando, site of his campaign rally. But he first attends fundraiser for the Trump Victory Fund to benefit the Trump Campaign and the RNC. Frank Giannazzo, 57, a Marine Corps veteran from Davenport, Fla., compared the president’s re-election launch to a rock ‘n’ roll concert even before its star took the stage.
“Look at this. When is the last time you saw any candidate do something like this?” he said, gesturing at the crowd as “Eye of the Tiger” played overhead in the lead-up to Trump’s appearance.
There was a real buzz around the event. People were camped out, some as much as 40 hours in advance just to secure themselves a spot.
It makes you wonder if the TOTAL of every American showing up to all the Democrat events so far could match the turnout for Trump’s first event. Hecklers and pathetic baby blimp ‘protests’ aside, that’s not an insignificant accomplishment. Especially after three years of unrelenting attacks from a weaponized legal system, the Media(D), and all the other leftists came up short.
So, how about you?
Is your enthusiasm more, less, or about the same as it was last year?
Are you planning to pull that lever for Trump?
Why or why not?
