This is something the Church absolutely should lead the way with… but it doesn’t. It’s time to change that.
With the obvious connections between the word ‘disciple’ and the word ‘discipline’, Christians should have a better grasp on hitting maturity and stepping into independence.
Instead, we’ve got an even worse record of co-dependent boys who shave than the culture that gave us the word #adulting.
That is NOT the heritage we grew out of.
