Famous Doctor Blasts Gov. Abbott – Tells Churches & Businesses To Ignore Orders

Let Freedom Ring — even in your Cash Register!
That’s right, folks. The threat we were told would surely devour us never materialized.
Texans have humored the fears of the ‘experts’ long enough. We’ve all learned what the virus is — and isn’t — and at least one prominent figure, Dr. Steve Hotze, is tired of seeing Texans wait hat-in-hand for the government to give them their liberty back.
He’s calling on Texans to flex those God-given freedoms of theirs and get back to living their lives.
Here’s his video:
Here’s his written appeal:
Dear Texas Patriots,
This is the battle of our lifetime.
Governor Abbott’s unconstitutional lock down of Texas businesses has destroyed the Texas economy. Within the last month over 1.3 million Texans have lost their jobs and thousands of churches have been forced to stop their services. Abbott’s recent recommendation to start some businesses operating at 25% capacity is pathetically weak and gives no hope to starving businesses.
We must get Texans back to work, back to school and back to church.
Enough is enough. I have filed a lawsuit against Governor Abbott which is styledHotze et. al. v Abbott. It has been filed in Travis County State District Court. Travis County is the home seat of Austin and all lawsuits against state government officials must be filed in Travis County.
We already have over 200 individuals, pastors, churches, and businesses who have joined with me as plaintiffs in this lawsuit against Governor Abbott for his violation of our constitutional rights to freely operate our businesses and churches without government interference.
This lawsuit is petitioning the court to rule Abbott’s actions unconstitutional based upon Article 1 Section 28 of the Texas Constitution. “No power of suspending laws in this State shall be exercised except by the Legislature.” These laws include our constitutional rights to operate our businesses and conduct church services in the manner we choose.
I would like you to join with me and other Texas Patriots as a plaintiff in my lawsuit. You will be charged NO fee when you join the suit. Simply email me at sfh@hotzehwc.com with your name, your organization’s name if you are a church or business, along with your address and contact phone number.
Forward this to other Texas patriots.
“Through God we shall do valiantly, and it is He who will tread down our adversaries.” Psalm 108:13
Let’s press this battle to its successful conclusion.
Committed to restoring our God-given, unalienable Constitutional rights, I remain, as always,
Sincerely yours,
Steven F. Hotze, M.D.
