WATCH: Terry Crews Won’t Back Down On His Tweets Condemning ‘Black Supremacy’
Terry Crews thinks for himself. That’s probably why he is NOT someone who gets easily pushed around by the woke brigade.
And with how he weighed in on the racial conflict we see splashed all over the news these days, it’s a good thing he knows his own mind. Because they came gunning for him.
How DARE he break ranks from the BLM narrative! He’s calling for *gasp* cooperation instead of conflict!
Here he is in the height of the George Floyd protests, calling for cooler heads to prevail. He has a view of tomorrow that Rev. Dr. MLK would have recognized: Equality.
Defeating White supremacy without White people creates Black supremacy. Equality is the truth.
Like it or not, we are all in this together.

Equality doesn’t seem to be high on the list of some activist priorities these days. Retribution seems to rank a lot higher… and the two are NOT compatible.
Notice he invoked “all in this together.” The left liked the sound of that so much better when it was the cudgel they used to keep us hiding from a virus, didn’t they?
Rather than trying to figure out what he might mean by that, his critics went straight for the fingerpointing.
I agree. I'm not discussing white people here. there are "gatekeepers of Blackness" within our own community who decide who's Black and who's not. I have often been called out for not being "black enough". How can that be? https://t.co/Tt9Og866x6

They had missed the point entirely. He wasn’t even talking about what any individual white guy was doing. He was talking about black people who presumed to ‘revoke’ his identity for the sin of having ‘heretical’ ideas.
Any Black person who calls me a coon or and Uncle Tom for promoting EQUALITY is a Black Supremist, because they have determined who's Black and who is not.

Even his ‘black people first’ is entirely reasonable in the way he presents it, because it is not being pitted against another, scapegoated group.
He’s challenging his own peers to bring their own intellect to bear on the situation they find themselves in, rather than parroting someone else’s talking points. That is a fantastic first step toward finding real solutions.
I believe it is important we not suffer from groupthink, and we keep minds of our own, and be allowed to ask difficult questions to each other. I believe this dialogue is important as we get through this trauma together. I love you.

And if what he said about equality, and his rejection of ‘black supremacy’ offends you? He’s not backing down. Here is what he has to say about it.

Solid stuff.
If more people saw life the way he did, we’d be making progress on finding lasting solutions, instead of burning down the neighborhoods of the very people they claim to be fighting for.
Taking a bold stand that flies in the face of popular opinion?
Terry Crews is in good company. There was another guy known for doing the same thing.
Our own Doug Giles covers it in his newest book:
If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive
Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
