Kanye sent an earthquake through political Twitter with his claim that he would run for President in November. It left everyone wondering — is he for real?
As if 2020 weren’t already weird enough with Biden functioning as a virtual sock puppet for the radical Bernie Bros, while the Left (and their media flunkies) had their predictable Orange Man Bad conspiracy take on the issue.
Kanye says he is running for President. And he’s framing his reasons for wanting to run as the national unity option.
We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States 🇺🇸! #2020VISION

And if you thought that was weird keep reading. This is 2020, after all. We’ve officially gone through the looking glass.
The Left isn’t taking this well. They figure this will split off enough of the Democrat vote to give Trump a victory, which scares the hell out of them. After all, if they lose just a few points of the Black vote, the Democrats lose the lock they have in most cities, and many blue states will suddenly be in play.
How seriously should we take this tweet? One enterprising type looked up eligibility of a new candidate, and very much doubts this is a real run.
We're 100% living in a simulation.
