When Don Trump Jr. slammed Biden for being weak and easily pushed around by leftists with agendas, it created the perfect opportunity for a Biden meme.
First, so that we can appreciate the snark, let’s quickly recap the original criticism.
Don Jr. tweeted out a Townhall story catching Sleepy Joe cutting and pasting his policy decisions directly from the Left.
Just like Bernie SAID he would do with Biden — drag him all the way to the Left, or as far as Bernie could take him.
There were several areas where the article highlighted word-for-word examples of cut-and-paste in his policies. Here’s his police policy for one example among several provided. Copied text is in bold.
Non-Police Responses: Federal funding to create a civilian corps of unarmed first responders such as social workers, EMTs, and trained mental health professionals, who can handle nonviolent emergencies including order maintenance violations, mental health emergencies, and low-level conflicts outside the criminal justice system, freeing police officers to concentrate on the most serious crimes. Fund initiatives to partner mental health professionals, substance use disorder experts, social workers, and disability advocates with police departments to respond to calls with police officers to better de-escalate interactions with citizens and when appropriate, to divert individuals to the social services they need.
So the big takeaway is that he’s a follower, not a leader.
